Professional Dog Grooming
My name is Maxine, and I am the proud owner of The Independent Dog Groomer.
I decided to make a career change after working in a school for 17+ years so I re-trained and successfully qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in dog grooming. I am also Canine Health and First Aid certified and a qualified emmi-pet technician and this is where the story of The Independent Dog Groomer began.
I offer bespoke grooming services for dogs that are more comfortable in a quiet and calm environment. I treat every dog with the love, kindness and compassion that it deserves. I also pride myself on working at the dog's pace because they put their trust in us to understand how they are feeling and for us to act upon those feelings accordingly.
Your beloved pet will have my undivided attention for the entirety of their groom in my private 1:1 salon and you, as their owner, can rest assured that they are in safe hands. I have always had a special affinity for dogs, so to be able to work with them is an absolute pleasure and an honour.
